1. What type of hair do you offer? Our products are 100% virgin remy double drawn hair. Virgin hair has not been chemically processed, only steamed to achieve a uniformed curl pattern. Remy double drawn hair is cuticle aligned in one direction to prevent tangling and is typically one length.

2. How many bundles do I need for more volume/full look?

• 10” – 14” = 2 bundles
• 16” – 20” = 3 bundles
• 22” & longer = 4 bundles

3. How soon can I expect my package to be delivered after I order? Processing time is 3-5 business days & excludes weekends and holidays. The processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. Your package is shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US). Unexpected delays may occur due to weather related conditions, a pandemic, and/or national disaster.

4. Can I pay extra to expedite my order? We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

5. I placed an order during a sales period, when can I expect my package? During a sales period, processing time is extended 1-5 business days. Shipping takes 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail.

6. Can the hair be dyed or colored? Hair can be dyed and/or colored. Please be aware that chemicals in these products may loosen the curl pattern.

7. Can the hair be straightened? Hair can be straightened; however, curly hair will not get bone straight. This hair is full of texture and when straightened it will mimic a kinky straight texture. Heat protectant and proper hair care should be applied.

8. What is your refund/return policy? Due to the nature of this business (hair extensions/wigs) refunds are not accepted. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s) & have not been handled or worn by the buyer. Returns must be in original packaging. 9. If I receive a coupon code with my order, how long does it last?

Coupon codes expire two weeks from the date an order is placed.
