REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date. If your order has already shipped prior to cancellation, a refund will be issued when the order has been returned. Refunds will appear in your account in 5-10 business days.

 Exceptions

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s) & must be in original packaging, unworn or unused, and with tags, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at theexoticbeautyy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system each time your package is handled.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS via WWW.USPS.COM.
